Synchronize by default!

Customer care

Good customer care is solving your customer’s problems. Great customer care is when you don’t solve their problems and they still feel like they’ve received great service. Oh my, what a disappointing turn of events. Tech blogs and the rumour mill have been rife for weeks and months with speculation about “Social” coming into iTunes.
